Great experience with Rob, Rob, and Elod.Our job (two furnaces and two AC units) was completed in a timely fashion with superior results. We had our annual furnace and air-conditioning equipment service done yesterday. I am always interested in the process and trying to understand the state of our equipment in our older house. I usually try to find a balance between giving the service folks their space to work and looking in to know where things are at. Yesterday Habte was out to our place and I can’t say enough about the quality of is work, and the way he took the time to explain the various findings and readings of the tests he was doing. It was a pleasure to watch him work. It was very clear that he is a craftsman at his trade – highly skilled, great attention to detail, and taking the steps ensure the job is done the right way. I clearly got the impression he was looking after our equipment like it was his own and that is a rare thing to see these days.Thanks Arpis for having such great people to keep our home HVAC equipment in good stead.
